Baile con Sazón was founded by Military Veterans Willie McIntosh, Tonya Caballero, and Reginald Santiago, who drew inspiration from their Puerto Rican and Panamanian roots. Their vision was to create a dance company that would blend the most popular Latin dances with regional styles from around the world, resulting in the ultimate Sazón (Flavor).

Willie McIntosh is a highly respected figure in the world of dance, particularly in the realm of Salsa. As the owner and director of Baile con Sazón Dance Studio Worldwide, he has made a name for himself as a world-renowned Salsa dancer and a Certified Instructor and Instructor Trainer. His talent has been acknowledged through a nomination as one of the "World's Best Leads," which has led to him being considered for a feature role in Edie's The Salsa Freak next DVD in her series "World's Best Leads."
Willie's expertise in Salsa is extensive, as evidenced by his status as a Certified RED Belt Salsa Instructor and Instructor Trainer in the Black Belt Salsa Platform, as well as a Team Trainer for Adolfo Indacochea World Team Project USA and Italy. Notably, he is a graduate of Mambo University "Eddie Torres Sr", Dance Business Management (DBM), and holds a Master's Degree in Music Education. As a dance team choreographer with a strong sense of musicality, Willie invests over 800 hours per year training with top Latin Dance instructors worldwide.
In 2008, he founded BailaCante Dance Society, which has since evolved into Baile con Sazón, with a presence across the United States and three other countries. Willie's dynamic and energetic teaching style has drawn in thousands of students from across the globe to become part of the Baile con Sazón community. In addition, he is a highly sought-after DJ (DJ Rojo) for local and international Latin Dance Socials. All of this is in addition to his Active Duty Army career. Willie's influence brings vibrancy to numerous salsa communities worldwide.

Tonya Caballero Outlaw discovered her passion for Salsa while stationed at Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia. Upon returning home, she delved deeper into the world of Salsa by taking group classes, visiting Latin clubs, and participating in Salsa Congresses. Her dedication to the dance led her to take private lessons and workshops and to join the Latin dance team, Cha Cha Divas. She is certified as a Zumba® instructor and has trained with renowned figures in the Salsa world, such as Griselle Ponce, Eddie Torres, Shaka Brown, and Edie “The Salsa Freak” Williams. Tonya is also a Black Belt Salsa Certified Red Belt Instructor, the owner of Love2Dance Fitness, and Co-Founder of Baile con Sazon.

Reginald "Reggie" Santiago is a retired Army Paratrooper who grew up dancing Salsa due to his Panamanian roots. Now based in Fort Bragg, NC, he has excelled as one of the top male Salsa instructors in North Carolina, honing his skills under the guidance of renowned figures in the Salsa world, such as Nery Garcia, Jose Luis Gutierrez, Griselle Ponce, Shaka Brown, and Edie “The Salsa Freak” Williams. Reggie is also a Black Belt Salsa Certified Red Belt Instructor and the co-founder of Baile con Sazon. By day, he is a Nurse Practitioner, and by night, he's a certified Salsa Instructor.

Antonio Medina, originally from the Cape Verde Islands and raised in Senegal, relocated to Fayetteville, NC in 2005, where he was introduced to the vibrant culture of Salsa. Co-founding Want2Salsa, a prominent brand in the world of Salsa, Tonino leveraged his background in marketing high-end fashion boutiques and nightclubs to provide specialized professional marketing and event planning services to the Latin Dance community. His expertise encompasses total event planning and promotions, from local Salsa socials to Salsa Congresses.
In his role as a promoter and enthusiast of Salsa and the Latin community, Tonino identified a gap between students of all levels and professional Salsa dancers. This recognition led to the establishment of The BcS Salsa Community (BcSC), an international movement designed to facilitate interactions among dancers and provide a platform for skills development. With a common goal of fostering the love of Salsa dance worldwide, The BcSC aims to create unforgettable memories and promote the essence of fun within the Salsa community.
