Willie McIntosh Chief Baile Con Sazón Instructor/Trainer has assembled a team of experienced and dedicated professionals dancer from all over the world. Every Instructor in BcS starts with mandatory classroom and hands on physical training in their particular dance portfolio. Our instructors are ranked by Martial Art Belts colors,  our Brown Belt and higher belt instructor must also graduate the Dance Business Management (DBM) Academy administered by professor Edie "The Salsa Freak". Belt levels takes approximately 24 - 36 hours to complete. Once the instructor completes a level, required time must be taken between belts to commence the next so that the information may be applied to their students/studios in real-world situations.
